Why Mineral Wells?
Jeremy and I started our journey looking for our bed and breakfast nearly 5yrs ago. We have spent the last few years learning all we can about the industry. The day to day operations, industry trends, guests perspective and needs, down to what it looks like to live on and run a property. We are all in, we dove in and submerged ourselves into the life as Innkeepers. This would mean even selling our home and literally moving into someone else's establishment. No matter where we are, owning our own is the end goal. We felt very strongly about "try before you buy" with the industry average being 7yrs as an Innkeeper we knew we needed to make sure this was for us! While we spent a great deal of time learning the industry we spent just as much time searching for our location.
